Pluto-sized objects are kicking up dust around alien star
Astronomers have observed a high concentration of dust in the outer reaches of a solar system surrounding an “adolescent” sun like star. They believe that a host of Pluto-sized objects whirling around the star could be kicking up all the debris and that the solar system’s ongoing formation may mirror conditions around the sun when it was just 2% of its current age, News wise reports. The star, named HD 107146, is 90 light-years from Earth and about 100 million years old.
